Good Landing Spot: Sacramento Kings
One of the things that Jerami Grant wants regardless of where he is playing is to remain a go-to option offensively. There are a few teams that can provide him with the chance and one of them is the Sacramento Kings.
The Kings swung a big trade for Domantas Sabonis ahead of the trade deadline, but he played a lot of center upon being acquired. There could be an opening at the power forward spot for Grant, especially if Harrison Barnes is going to be playing small forward.
From that perspective, the Kings are a fit for Grant. He would slide right into a starting spot in the frontcourt and be their first or second option offensively. He would benefit from the playmaking of Sabonis, De’Aaron Fox, and Davion Mitchell, improving his efficiency in the process.
The Kings are also in desperate need of some help defensively, which is an area in that Grant has excelled. He and Barnes would be a solid duo in the frontcourt, combined with the already strong perimeter defense that Mitchell brings to the mix.

That should be more than enough for the Kings to make up for the shortcomings of Fox and Sabonis, while also having a ton of firepower offensively. Grant would certainly help them snap their 16-year playoff drought.
