There are two teams that you would find in NBA trade rumors more than most over the last year — the Indiana Pacers and Utah Jazz.

Both sides have been in rumors for different reasons. It was another season of underachieving in Utah, which means the front office could be looking to sell a big name. As for the Pacers, they’ve already made a few moves to work toward rebuilding.

The main piece moved by the Pacers was Domantas Sabonis being sent to the Sacramento Kings for a trade package that featured Tyrese Haliburton. Now, they could benefit from moving on from more of their older veteran players like Malcolm Brogdon.

Brogdon was a clear trade candidate around the midseason deadline had he been eligible to be dealt. However, due to signing his contract extension before the start of the regular season, he was no longer eligible to be dealt.
