Making the Case: Chicago Bulls
The Chicago Bulls have made a clear attempt to address the point guard position in recent years.
Lonzo Ball signed in free agency last year, but there is major concern surrounding the health of his knee moving forward. Coby White hasn’t necessarily developed into being their point guard of the future since being drafted either.
If Lillard was able to create a trio, along with LaVine and DeRozan, the Bulls would have three of the best scorers in the league. DeRozan finished seventh in the league this season, scoring 27.9 points per game. LaVine has been near the top of the league for years now in terms of scoring.
In the event LaVine were to depart in free agency, the Bulls would at least add a key backcourt partner for DeMar DeRozan to continue competing at a high level.
