The Phoenix Suns came up short in their pursuit of an NBA championship run. The Dallas Mavericks defeated them in epic fashion in Game 7 of the Western Conference Semifinals. Now, it’s back to the drawing board to reconfigure the roster.

In today’s NBA, a team can never have too much shooting. Phoenix already features Devin Booker, who is one of the best scorers in the game. Chris Paul runs the show from the top of the offense and Mikal Bridges has turned into a do-it-all player. Now, there could be some options along the perimeter that improve the Suns’ three-point game.

Buddy Hield was sent to the Indiana Pacers at the trade deadline. The drama between Hield and the Sacramento Kings came to an end but this does not mean that he found his long-term home.

The Pacers are another rebuilding team that continues to reshape. Domantas Sabonis was sent to Sacramento and the Pacers have some more work to do.
