Making the Case: Charlotte Hornets
The Charlotte Hornets are on the other side of the spectrum than the Detroit Pistons, but not all the way there just yet.
What this means is that Charlotte is turning into a win-now team but still has some ways to go. They have qualified for the NBA Play-In Tournament in back-to-back years but have not been able to keep it close.
Rozier signed an extension last offseason while Devonte’ Graham was sent to the New Orleans Pelicans.
Now, the Hornets can move Rozier if they would like with LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges both breaking out. This would balance the roster on both ends of the floor over the course of the season.
