LA Clippers Receive: G Malcolm Brogdon
Indiana Pacers Receive: G Terance Mann, G/F Brandon Boston Jr., G/F Luke Kennard, G/F Amir Coffey
Malcolm Brogdon might be the best possible point guard available for the LA Clippers. Not only is he a perfect fit on the court, but his situation should also make him an attainable target. Adding Brogdon to this Clippers team might just make them the title favorites for next season.
Brogdon is an exact match for the Clippers’ team identity. He has great size, incredible basketball IQ, has no real flaws in his game, and is especially versatile. He can play on or off of the ball and is a true floor general when need be.
He’ll be the perfect point guard to find Leonard and George in rhythm and their spots. On defense, he’s smart, strong, and long, making him a perfect piece for LA’s switch-happy scheme.
He’s on a great contract for his production and should be made available, considering he no longer fits with the Indiana Pacers’ new timeline following their trade for Tyrese Haliburton. The Pacers should be looking to swap their remaining veteran assets for young players or draft capital. The Clippers happen to have a wealth of prospects worth betting on.

Terance Mann is the crown jewel of this deal. Still only 25 years old, Mann is a battle-tested, legitimate scorer. He can put the ball in the hoop from all three levels and is an excellent defender, as well. He’d be the perfect backcourt mate for Haliburton to grow alongside.
Luke Kennard gives Indiana a still-young shooter that could raise his ceiling. Brandon Boston Jr. and Amir Coffey are two low-risk fliers that could cash in big time with great size, athleticism, and budding perimeter skills. If Brogdon is made available, it’ll be difficult for another team to match this package from the Los Angeles Clippers.
