New York Knicks
This could be nearly 15 years in the making for the New York Knicks.
It was July 8, 2010, when LeBron James went on national television and decided to choose the Miami Heat over the Knicks. New York felt confident that the best player in the world was coming to town but he decided to “take his talents to South Beach” instead. Now, it could all come full circle.
If James would have gone to the Big Apple in 2010, he would have taken over and become one of the biggest celebrities in the world. Even without New York, he has accomplished that feat. It would still have the same impact if James came to New York.
Let’s not forget that James has made positive comments about Madison Square Garden and the crowd over the course of his career.

Also, last season when the New York Knicks finished fourth in the Eastern Conference, James claimed that basketball is better when the Knicks are competitive. And, he has put up some of the best performances in the history of MSG.
In 2009, LeBron James put up 52 points, nine rebounds, and 11 assists in the Garden. This came one year after he totaled 50 points, eight rebounds, and 10 assists in the same building.
It is clear that James has always gotten up for games in New York and he could play there 41 times a year if he came to the New York Knicks.
