RJ Barrett and the New York Knicks (30-42) will take on LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets (37-35) in part of the NBA Wednesday slate.

In their previous outing, the Knicks were bested once again 117-111 by Trae Young at Madison Square Garden as he finished with 45 points and eight assists. RJ Barrett finished with 30 points and 13 rebounds but struggled to convert from deep.

The Hornets enter this game riding a five-game winning streak and pulled out a 106-103 win over the New Orleans Pelicans in their previous outing.

It remains to be seen if Julius Randle will return to the Knicks’ lineup for this game after he was sidelined for their loss to the Hawks on Tuesday. That will be something to watch closer to tip-off.
