It’s been a tough season for both the Wizards and Knicks. At this point, neither team is playing with the expectation of being in the playoffs.
For the Knicks, who were coming off a season with the fourth-seed in the Eastern Conference, it’s been particularly disappointing. Julius Randle and RJ Barrett remain core pieces and will look to have a strong outing in this one.
It’s always going to be a storyline when Porzingis plays his former team and that will be the case in this game.
