1. Quin Synder

This is likely a pie in the sky option for the Los Angeles Lakers, but it should still be discussed. If the Utah Jazz moves on from Quin Synder this offseason, Los Angeles should aggressively pursue him.

Some may ask why the Jazz would part ways with a coach who has had as much success as Synder, but some things are working against him. The lack of playoff success is certainly a strike against him. While Utah has won a ton in the regular season, they have been unable to carry that over into the postseason.

The Jazz also has an ownership group that brought Danny Ainge into the fold in the front office. Whenever a new regime is put into place, incumbents could see their job security weaken. Ainge could look to bring in his own guy, especially if Utah falls short in the playoffs again.

There are also the rumors of Donovan Mitchell looking to leave town should the Jazz have an early exit. If he pushes for a trade, the organization may go into a bit of a rebuild and decide to clean house, which could include a new head coach as well.
