Kyle Kuzma and the Washington Wizards (29-38) took on Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors (47-22) in part of the NBA Monday slate. The Dubs won this one with 126-112 being the final score.
This game marked the return of Draymond Green to the Warriors’ lineup. He was sidelined since early January due to a back injury and Golden State has sorely missed his presence on defense as well as in the two-man game with Stephen Curry.
The Warriors outscored the Wizards in each quarter aside from the last, but given they produced a 13-point positive differential in the second quarter, Golden State had more than enough of an edge to win comfortably.
Stephen Curry finished with 47 points, six rebounds, and six assists while Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole each chipped in 20 points of their own.

Kristaps Porzingis led the Wizards with 25 points, eight rebounds, and four assists, but regardless, there was not nearly enough execution from the team defensively to win.
In their previous outing, the Warriors took down the Milwaukee Bucks 122-109 in what was the first time that Jordan Poole had started alongside Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.
The Golden State Warriors will be seeking to begin a run that will help overtake the second spot in the Western Conference standings back from the Memphis Grizzlies.
