Pascal Siakam – Toronto Raptors
The Toronto Raptors are going to enter the offseason with a ton of question marks to answer about their franchise moving forward, simply because they have dealt with inconsistent play all year long.
After battling their way back into the playoff mix, the Raptors have lost 7 of their last 11 games and look like they will be a first-round exit in the playoffs, that is if they even get out of the play-in tournament!
This past offseason, there was a ton of discussion about the possibility of the Raptors exploring trade opportunities for Pascal Siakam and while they shut down all of these rumors, the idea of trading Siakam could remain relevant heading into this upcoming offseason.
Pascal Siakam will be 28-years-old in April and while he has been a key part of the Raptors’ success through the years, his upside in Toronto is limited to the kind of player he is right now.

While he is a great talent, Pascal Siakam cannot be a number one option on a championship contending team, which is why trading him while he still holds a lot of value with two years left on his contract could bring a grand return to Toronto.
What the Heat have that the Raptors would want remains a mystery, but putting Pascal Siakam on the Miami Heat would be unfair from a talent standpoint.
Again, this scenario is unlikely to occur, as Toronto probably will not look to move on from him, but Siakam provides a really nice blend of scoring and defensive awareness in Miami, especially next to a Defensive Player of the Year candidate in Bam Adebayo in the frontcourt.
