Atlanta Hawks
Just several months after making the Eastern Conference Finals, the Atlanta Hawks find themselves 30-32 on the season, currently tied with the Hornets in the Eastern Conference standings and in the play-in tournament range.
So much has gone wrong for the Hawks this season and it appears that they will be looking to make some major roster changes in the offseason.
At the trade deadline, Atlanta was showing interest in moving on from veterans Bogdan Bogdanovic and Danilo Gallinari, two players that they could once again show interest in trading in the offseason.
Combined, Bogdanovic and Gallinari are set to make roughly $40 million next season and neither player has been over-the-top productive offensively this year.

Bogdan Bogdanovic and Danilo Gallinari have stepped up as of late due to John Collins being out with an injury for the Hawks, but both of their scoring outputs have declined this season with the Hawks.
Adding another key scoring weapon next to Trae Young is going to be key for the Hawks and with not many options available, Gordon Hayward could be someone that would pique their interest since he is an off-the-ball threat.
Hayward has dealt with a handful of injury concerns over the years and may not be the same athlete he once was, but he is still a reliable scorer on the wing, he is shooting 39% from three-point range this season and would provide more stability in the Hawks main rotation than Bogdanovic or Gallinari do currently.
Taking on a $30 million contract would be tough for the Hawks to do, especially since they are paying Trae Young, John Collins, and Clint Capela a combined $72.9 million, but Gordon Hayward is more than capable of leading the team when Trae Young is not in the game.

This could very well be a chance the Hawks are going to have to take if available to them, especially if they fail to make the playoffs this year.
