Oklahoma City Thunder
Thunder general manager Sam Presti is one of the most crafty GMs in the entire NBA and like Marvel Studios, he has a 10-year plan in-place that nobody besides him and a few front-office executives know about.
Oklahoma City is up to something with all of their draft picks and young talents, they just need a couple of high-level talents to jump-start things. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Josh Giddey and Luguentz Dort have solidified themselves as key members of this franchise, which is why going out and getting Collin Sexton would be huge.
Cap space is not a problem for the Thunder and the biggest thing they can do for themselves in the offseason is not only adding some real scoring talent, but adding players on the same timeframe as their young core.
Sexton is only 23-years-old and being an explosive scorer as a combo-guard, he would complement Shai Gilgeous-Alexander quite nicely. Not only can these two guards be primary ball-handlers for the Thunder, but rookie Josh Giddey has proven to be a “triple-double-like” threat that the Thunder had in Russell Westbrook for years.
