Latest NBA Trade Rumors: Trail Blazers, Kings, Spurs, Raptors, Jazz, and Wizards

Portland Trail Blazers: The rebuild has begun in Portland, with Powell, Covington, McCollum, and Nance Jr. finding their way to new destinations in recent days. Portland is not done making moves, though, as they are still looking to possibly flip both Eric Bledsoe and Josh Hart for more future value, a league source told NBA Analysis Network. Jerami Grant remains a key talent the Trail Blazers would like to pair with Damian Lillard, and the Pistons have shown interest in Josh Hart in the past.

Sacramento Kings: Domantas Sabonis is a proven All-Star and one of the best big men in the league, giving the Kings two strong, young talents with him and De’Aaron Fox. However, giving up Tyrese Haliburton will haunt this franchise for years to come. Richaun Holmes and Harrison Barnes continue to draw trade interest around the league. However, it is unknown if the Kings are still willing to make deals given that they genuinely believe they can clinch a play-in tournament spot now in the Western Conference.

San Antonio Spurs: The Spurs are not interested in trading Jakob Poeltl at the moment, even though multiple teams have expressed trade interest in him. Thaddeus Young remains the focal point of the NBA trade deadline for the Spurs, as they are looking to get any future compensation for him at this point to avoid a buyout. Flipping newly acquired Tomas Satoransky is also an option, but they are likely to eat his salary at this point and free up cap space in the offseason.

Toronto Raptors: Toronto’s search for a reliable center continues, as they have been targeting Myles Turner, Jakob Poeltl, and Christian Wood in recent weeks. There is a level of interest in adding an experienced secondary talent like Danilo Gallinari from the Hawks in a Dragic trade.

Utah Jazz: Acquiring Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Juancho Hernangomez for Joe Ingles, Elijah Hughes, and two second-round picks was not a bad deal for the Jazz whatsoever given Alexander-Walker’s talent at a young age, but this move does open up the discussion of whether or not the Jazz will look to trade Jordan Clarkson for a significant upgrade like Harrison Barnes or Jerami Grant. Clarkson has drawn interest from several teams around the league, and with him, Mitchell, and Conley in the backcourt, it is hard to see where Nickeil Alexander-Walker fits into the big picture this season.

Washington Wizards: Sources have told NBA Analysis Network that the Wizards are open to moving center Montrezl Harrell ahead of the trade deadline. Harrell is in the final year of his contract and is not viewed as a long-term fit in Washington. With Bradley Beal out for the season, it is unlikely that the team will look to trade for a big name right now, as they will most likely wait until the offseason and closer to the NBA Draft.
