Tyus Jones
You can never have too many options at the top of the offense. The LA Clippers brought Reggie Jackson back in the offseason and he has played well to this point averaging 16.5 point tonight. Now, Los Angeles go look for another ball handler off the bench.
Tyus Jones is currently in his seventh year in the league and will be around many more. He is the prototypical back up point guard that can survive in the NBA because of his high IQ off the bench.
For the Memphis Grizzlies, Jones is averaging 8.0 points per game with an elite assist-to-turnover ratio backing up Ja Morant in the backcourt.
If Memphis decides to move their guard, the Clippers could look for another ball handler. This would give them more depth heading down the stretch of the season and a reliable back up.
