3 Trade Targets For Los Angeles Lakers To Keep Tabs On

Los Angeles Lakers, NBA Trade Rumors
NBA analysis Network

The Los Angeles Lakers continue to be one of the most controversial teams in the league. With a big three like they have, it is hard to fathom them being a few games below .500 and fighting for a postseason spot in the Western Conference. But here we are and the front office could be big players again at the NBA trade deadline.

What LeBron James has been able to do this season has been incredible. He has played in 30 games and is averaging 29.1 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 6.3 assists. James is scoring at an incredibly high level as he attempts to keep the Lakers in the race.

Russell Westbrook has started in all 51 games this season but has been a controversial topic because of his fit in the rotation. Westbrook is putting up his average numbers on paper but continues to struggle with his shot. This has even brought up some trade rumors involving the point guard.

Anthony Davis missed plenty of games earlier this season but continues to be a walking double-double when he is on the floor. Los Angeles traded away some key pieces, especially on the defensive end, to acquire Westbrook. It has proven to be costly as they sit at 24-27 and ninth in the Western Conference.

As long as James is in town, the Los Angeles Lakers will be a win-now team. Here are three potential players that could fit in and help Los Angeles take the next step down the stretch of the season.
