With the way this NBA season has panned out for the Los Angeles Lakers, a lot of people have been searching for answers. They currently sit only one game above .500 and could struggle to avoid the play-in this year. That’s not great for any team led by LeBron James.
Many have been quick to place blame on various players and reasons.
Some say the depth isn’t good enough. Some blame an extremely lackluster big man rotation. But by far the most common scapegoat for Los Angeles’ problems this season has been point guard Russell Westbrook.
