Walker was recently removed from the Knicks’ rotation and speculation swirled about what could happen next. New York will reportedly look to move him, but the trade landscape is a tough one to navigate. He was reinserted into the lineup after a wave of COVID positive results for New York and he was putting up massive outings but has since cooled off.
Walker can still knock down a jumper, as he is connecting on 41.3 percent of his 3-point attempts, which is a career-high. But, he cannot break down defenses and get into the paint as he once could and is a major liability defensively.
