3 Potential Trade Destinations For Kings’ Marvin Bagley III

Marvin Bagley III, Sacramento Kings, NBA Trade Rumors, Chicago Bulls
NBA Analysis Network

Marvin Bagley III’s time in Sacramento is coming to an end. We do not know the exact time but it is getting clear that it will be this year. The former No. 2 overall pick is a restricted free agent in the NBA offseason but it is unlikely that he will be with the Kings during that time.

It was reported that the Kings moved Bagley out of the lineup heading into the season. Later on, he refused to check into a game but has been back on the court a bit. Bagley has played in 13 games this season and is averaging 8.1 points and 6.7 rebounds per contest.

During his time in Sacramento, the Duke product did not reach the status that the Kings were hoping for. It also does not help that he was drafted ahead of players like Luka Doncic and Trae Young. Now, the Kings need to find a willing trade partner.

This should not be difficult given the fact that Bagley is still 22-years-old with plenty of potential. At this point, the big man just needs a change of scenery and this is what he could get in a trade.
