1. Ben Simmons
The Sacramento Kings have been one of the teams consistently linked to the Philadelphia 76ers when it comes to trade talks centered around Ben Simmons. The Kings wanted to make a splash and Simmons would certainly qualify.
Building a package to send to Philadelphia has been a challenge. De’Aaron Fox and Tyrese Haliburton have been withheld from negotiations thus far, but, if they were to include Fox, there would likely be some traction gained in negotiations.
For the Kings, Simmons would provide them with the kind of big-name star they have been without since the days of Chris Webber, Peja Stojakovic and Mike Bibby. While he has his flaws offensively, his elite defense is something the Kings would love to have.
Sacramento has struggled on that end of the court for years. Adding the extremely versatile Simmons to the mix, along with the recent draft picks they have made, would start to turn the tide on that end of the court.

Parting ways with Fox would be difficult, but he does not possess the star power that Simmons does. Simmons could help put the Kings back on the map if he helped end their playoff drought and he is someone that players should want to team up with given his skill set as an elite-level playmaker.
