2. Buddy Hield
The Buddy Hield saga is continuing in Sacramento but it might be coming to an end. This is a rumor that has been going around for almost two years but no one has pulled the trigger just yet. As the Kings continue to make changes, it seems as though Hield is going to be a topic of conversation.
The Dallas Mavericks made it a point to improve the perimeter this offseason. This is what we saw with Hardaway Jr. being brought back. It might seem as though Hield would not serve much of a purpose but quite the opposite. The addition of Hield would open up some more shots for Hardaway Jr.
Doncic is going to get his no matter what but Hield is the type of player that would provide another weapon on the perimeter for him to kick the ball out to on the perimeter.
The Mavericks are still linked to perimeter threats and that is what they would be able to add here.
