The Indiana Pacers have gotten off to a slow start this NBA season. They have not been able to take advantage of their opportunities, as they blew a 23 point lead opening night against the Charlotte Hornets and lost in overtime to the Washington Wizards without Bradley Beal.
Performances like that are a cause for concern in Indiana. They had hoped bringing Rick Carlisle back as head coach would help turn things around, but thus far, it looks like more of the same.
Granted, the team is currently without Caris LeVert and T.J. Warren. Being down two projected rotation players isn’t easy, but if they are unable to start racking up wins sooner or later, there could be some trades on the horizon.
One of the players to keep an eye on when it comes to potential trade is center Myles Turner. Turner is someone the team has reportedly been looking to trade for more than two years as the organization went back and forth on whether or not to break up their jumbo frontcourt pairing.
