The Phoenix Suns are coming into the season looking to finish what they were unable to during the 2020-21 season. The Suns were surprise participants in the NBA Finals, losing to the Milwaukee Bucks in six games.

But, they were able to bring back virtually their entire rotation, so they will be ready to make another run this upcoming season. They are a deep, talented team that should once again compete in a loaded Western Conference.

The only big loss that the Suns suffered was Dario Saric. The versatile big man was hurt early in Game 1 of the NBA Finals. When the injury was diagnosed, it turned out that he had torn his ACL.

Given how late into the summer the NBA Finals were, it is likely that Saric will miss the entire 2021-22 season. ACL rehab usually lasts about 12 months and with the league being back on their regular schedule, Saric will likely be ready to go weeks after the NBA Finals conclude.
