Yes, CJ McCollum has never been selected to an All-Star team in his career. However, that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t be considered an All-Star caliber player.

McCollum has six straight seasons where he has recorded 20+ points and 3+ assists per game. The Portland Trail Blazers are seemingly giving Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum one more year to prove they can win together.

That being said, I don’t expect the Trail Blazers to have a season where they are going to be considered threats in the Western Conference.

In light of that, Portland could begin reshaping their roster around Lillard during the season instead of waiting for next offseason.
