Memphis Grizzlies Receive: F OG Anunoby, G Svi Mykhailiuk
Toronto Raptors Receive: G/F Desmond Bane, F Dillon Brooks
The Memphis Grizzlies made some peculiar moves this offseason, opting to not actively improve the roster. Instead, they made some moves to add future draft assets, taking on money other teams were looking to shed.
But, in this deal, the team does improve their ceiling. The Grizzlies acquire OG Anunoby from the Toronto Raptors. The 24-year old Anunoby has immense two-way potential and has gotten better each season with the Raptors.
Joining Anunoby in Memphis is Svi Mykhailiuk. He signed as a free agent with the Raptors this offseason and is used to help match salary.
Headlining the package to Toronto in this deal is Dillon Brooks. He emerged as the Grizzlies’ No. 2 scorer last season behind point guard, Ja Morant. He is a solid two-way player himself.

Also heading north of the border is Desmond Bane. He may not be a household name, but the former TCU product is a sharpshooter ready to take on a more prominent role in a rotation in his sophomore season.
