The Memphis Grizzlies have been one of the more active teams this offseason when he comes to trading. They have made multiple deals this offseason, starting at the NBA Draft.
Memphis took on the contracts of Eric Bledsoe and Steven Adams from the New Orleans Pelicans and were given a 2022 first-round pick via the Los Angeles Lakers for their troubles. They also swapped 2021 draft picks, as Memphis moved into the lottery and up in the second round as well as a result.
They made two more deals during the draft, swapping second-rounders with the Utah Jazz and sending a 2026 second-round pick to Utah. Grayson Allen was also traded to the Milwaukee Bucks for Sam Merrill and two future second-round picks.
Eric Bledsoe was not on the team too long, as he was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers in exchange for Patrick Beverley, Rajon Rondo and Daniel Oturu. Beverley was with the Grizzlies even less time than Bledsoe was, as he is reportedly being sent to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Juancho Hernangomez and Jarrett Culver.
