The Memphis Grizzlies have done a fantastic job building a young core in recent years. Besides Ja Morant, the Grizzlies have Jaren Jackson Jr., Desmond Bane, Brandon Clarke, Dillon Brooks, and De’Anthony Melton.

Memphis also has valuable veterans in Steven Adams and Kyle Anderson that will play key roles in 2021-2022.

Despite having a talented core, the Grizzlies could benefit from adding another shooter into the mix.

Buddy Hield could join the starting lineup while Brooks moves to small forward, giving Memphis four capable shooters in their starting lineup with Morant, Hield, Brooks, and Jackson.
