Brooklyn Nets: JJ Redick
Right now, the Brooklyn Nets are trying to cut down on the number of roster spots they have, as they are currently over the 15-player limit, but they have plenty of time to sort this out before their first game against the Milwaukee Bucks on October 19.
In fact, the Nets could very well cut their roster down to 14 players before the start of the season, keeping an open roster spot for JJ Redick available should he decide to sign with them around midseason.
Earlier in the offseason on his podcast, JJ Redick stated that he would take his time in free agency and likely would not decide his future until midseason.
The Brooklyn Nets have already assembled an All-Star looking roster of their own this offseason, led by the likes of Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving, so adding Redick would be the “icing on top of the cake” for them in terms of pure talent and experience on their roster.

One of the best three-point shooters of all time, JJ Redick, will likely return at some point during the 2021-22 season for his 16th year in the NBA, thus giving whichever team he joins a powerful three-point shooter who currently ranks 15th on the All-Time Three-Pointers Made list.
Joe Harris is currently one of the better three-point shooters in the league today. While Redick is not the player he once was, he could give the Nets another extremely high-level three-point shooter to utilize in any rotation. The Nets are title favorites for a reason, hence why JJ Redick could end up signing with them.
