The Brooklyn Nets have done a good job of upgrading the roster around their Big 3 of Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving. Sean Marks had five selections in the 2021 NBA Draft to help add depth to the team and signed some veterans in free agency to help.

With the Big 3 as the foundation of the roster, they are going to win a lot of basketball games. But, as we saw in the postseason, depth is very important to advance. The Nets had injuries to Harden and Irving they were unable to overcome and lost in the second round to the Milwaukee Bucks.

The front office is making sure they are better equipped for something like that for the 2021-22 season. Patty Mills, James Johnson, and DeAndre’ Bembry were signed in free agency, while Blake Griffin and Bruce Brown were re-signed. Cam Thomas looks like one of the steals of the draft in the first round.

But, the Nets are not done making moves. Veteran center DeAndre Jordan is likely on the move next.

Here are three that Brooklyn should call to initiate trade talks with.
