Would this trade make sense for the Philadelphia 76ers?
This is an interesting benefit for the Philadelphia 76ers given the fact that they are a contending team sending away one of their max players.
When looking at the deal, Simmons is the centerpiece but his shortcomings in the 76ers’ playoff run has made the arrangement an awkward arrangement. It could be tough for the two sides can reunite after what happened in the postseason.
Simmons played a big role in the 76ers having a disappointing finish to the season once again. As a team looking to win a championship and made the necessary moves at the beginning of the season to do so. Daryl Morey can continue to be aggressive by getting a big return for Simmons.
