1. Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers should be in the market for an upgrade on the wing this offseason. With veteran Taurean Prince heading to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the deal for Ricky Rubio, the Cavaliers are thin on experience on the wing.
2020 first-round pick, Isaac Okoro, will likely receive minutes there. 2019 first-round pick, Dylan Windler, could also receive a look there. With only 98 games played combined between them, landing a player with the experience of Dillon Brooks would make sense.
Brooks would be a solid mentor for the younger players to learn from. He has done a great job developing himself in his NBA career and would provide an example to Okoro and Windler on how to do it themselves.
With Collin Sexton trade rumors swirling as well, Okoro could be moved to the backcourt alongside Darius Garland. If that occurs, Brooks could slide right into the starting small forward spot, giving the Cavaliers an intriguing starting five with those three players, No. 3 overall pick Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen.

Brooks would bring some scoring punch and 3-point shooting to the Cavaliers wing spot while also providing a much-needed defensive presence. Cleveland should start making some strides this offseason and a player such as Brooks will help them improve on both ends of the court.
