Amid the festivities of the NBA Playoffs, the Boston Celtics didn’t waste any time in trading Kemba Walker. Walker was sent to the Oklahoma City Thunder, along with the No. 16 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, and a future second-round pick.

Boston would get Al Horford, Moses Brown, and a future second-round pick in return for Walker, showing the veteran point guard’s diminished trade value.

With Walker possibly being traded again this offseason, the New York Knicks are a potential landing spot.

Given Oklahoma City’s current state, they aren’t prepared to compete for a title, which could prompt Walker to request a trade.
