The 2021 NBA Draft is set to take place on Thursday, July 29 and trade rumors have been heating up around the league. With “draft week” now upon us, plenty of teams will be inquiring not only about draft picks, but potential All-Star talents that are available via trades.

Draft picks are always a valuable commodity for teams around the league to add, but they are particularly special this year since the 2021 draft class has a chance to be special.

The Top-5 of this year’s draft class can definitely rival that of the 2003 draft class that featured LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony and Chris Bosh, but the rest of this year’s draft class is very deep.

There are plenty of players not only with potential to grow into long-term NBA players, but guys that can jump into the league their rookie season and immediately make an impact not only for teams rebuilding, but teams chasing titles as well.

The time of the draft is always chaotic with teams looking to move around to get the future talents they want and as a result, some of the NBA’s best stars are always brought up in trade rumors.
