21. New York Knicks (from Dallas Mavericks)

Trey Murphy III, SF, Virginia

Depth was a problem for the Knicks this season. They have two picks in the first round here and that is where they can improve this depth. A player like Trey Murphy III should be on the radar. Murphy transitioned flawlessly into the ACC with Virginia and that could happen again into the NBA. He is an elite defender with great length who can shoot from deep. This checks all the boxes for the Knicks.

22. Los Angeles Lakers

Jared Butler, PG, Baylor

Jared Butler has a great chance of landing in Los Angeles, either with the Lakers or a few picks later with the Clippers. Butler has a smoothness to his game that makes it look effortless. The Lakers have been linked to some veteran names at top of the offense but it is always good to have a backup.

23. Houston Rockets (from Portland Trail Blazers)

Josh Giddey, SF, Australia

Giddey is the most-proven international prospect in the draft. He is able to spot up from anywhere on the floor and knock down a shot. Giddey put up big numbers in a talented league and proved that he can transition well to the NBA. The Rockets need to hit on some draft picks moving forward and Giddey could be as safe as they come.

24. Houston Rockets (from Milwaukee Bucks)

Jeremiah Robinson-Earl, PF, Villanova

With the second of back-to-back picks, the Rockets take another safe prospect. Jeremiah Robinson-Earl was one of the best players for one of the best teams in the nation in Villanova for two years. He is an elite defender with a high IQ. Robinson-Earl does not blow you away with athleticism but is always in the right place at the right time and has sneaky size.

25. Los Angeles Clippers

Jaden Springer, PG, Tennessee

Jaden Springer falling this far would be a best-case scenario for the Clippers. The Clippers have been in need of a point guard to team up with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and it will be interesting to see if Springer is the name. He was part of an elite backcourt duo at Tennessee and could be ready to contribute to one of the best teams in the league.
