Raul Neto
Following the trade of Walker, the Celtics are now left with needing to address the point guard position. The only point guards currently on Boston’s roster are Payton Pritchard, Carsen Edwards, and Tremont Waters.
Even though each of them has shown glimpses of being able to perform in certain moments, the Celtics would be best finding someone else to start at point guard next season.
Even though getting a premier point guard would be the ideal outcome, Boston will likely need to fill their need at point guard with a bargain option in free agency.
Raul Neto would be a decent addition for the Celtics, who is coming off of a career year with the Washington Wizards. During the 2020-2021 season, Neto produced a career-high 8.7 points, 2.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game while shooting an efficient 39 percent from three-point range.

With Tatum and Brown dominating the usage on the offensive end, having a point guard like Neto may be a viable solution to their conundrum in the back court.
