The Boston Celtics realized that changes needed to be made following a first-round exit in this year’s NBA playoffs by the Brooklyn Nets.

Danny Ainge stepped down from his executive role in the front office, only for Brad Stevens to replace him.

The Celtics would hire Ime Udoka to fill the void left behind by Stevens at head coach and they would proceed to trade Kemba Walker to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

After getting Al Horford back in Boston, the Celtics can now turn their attention to NBA Free Agency, which is set to begin in early August.

It will be up to Stevens and the other members of the front office to conjure up a list of free agents that would be ideal fits around Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown.
