26. Denver Nuggets

Chris Duarte, PG, Oregon

Jamal Murray might miss the regular season because of a knee injury so why not bring in an experienced point guard at the college level? Chris Duarte is another prospect that is a bit up there in age but his game will translate well. Duarte can score and can produce with or without the ball. With Nikola Jokic, Duarte would not have to be a focal point and would be a solid backup option when Murray returns.

27. Brooklyn Nets

Charles Bassey, PF, Western Kentucky

Charles Bassey has been in and out of the first round of mocks. The Brooklyn Nets might need some help down low if DeAndre Jordan is sent away. Do not be turned away from Bassey because he attended Western Kentucky. He is an agile big man that can shoot the ball from anywhere on the floor. Bassey has great size and versatility in the post. This is a pick that would pay off immediately.

28. Philadelphia 76ers

Ayo Dosunmu, SG, Illinois

If Ayo Dosunmu falls to the Philadelphia 76ers, they should run to the podium. The front office made moves last offseason to improve the perimeter around Joel Embiid. That can be done again here with Dosunmu, who returned to college to fine tune his game as a junior. Dosunmu is a dynamic scorer and can shoot with range. The future of Ben Simmons is up in the air and Dosunmu could be an addition on the perimeter.

29. Phoenix Suns

Josh Christopher, SG, Arizona State

Josh Christopher would be plugged into the system of the Phoenix Suns and roll right away. The Suns are nearing a championship because of their ability to buy into their role. Christopher can do that and be a spark off the bench. This is a draft pick that would build even more depth on a team that is already deep.

30. Utah Jazz

Trey Murphy III, SF, Virginia

Trey Murphy III transferred to Virginia and showed he belonged in his one year. Murphy could defend well and this made him a fit for the Cavaliers. Perhaps the best attribute of Murphy’s was his ability from deep. The Utah Jazz like to play fast and get a lot of shots up. Murphy can help continue that style of play.
