The Golden State Warriors are going to be a huge team to watch next season. They hope to be healthy and compete for an NBA championship in the Western Conference. To solidify this notion, the Warriors could look to make a big move in the offseason.
There is no doubt that the Warriors have won their titles based on blockbuster moves and the play of their all-time guards. It begins with Stephen Curry. He put up an incredible season with a lackluster group around him. Curry led the league in scoring and led the Warriors to the play-in portion of the postseason.
They were unable to advance but that should change next season. Klay Thompson missed the previous two seasons with different injuries. With Thompson back on the floor, Golden State has a chance to be a contender once again.
The Memphis Grizzlies are another team looking to take that next step. Ja Morant is looking like a legitimate franchise player and he showed that this season. Morant led the Grizzlies to the eighth seed in the Western Conference.
