Indiana Pacers needs star power

Likely more than any other sports league, the NBA is driven by stars. If you do not have any on your team, it is extremely difficult to win. While Indiana has a rich basketball history, it is not notoriously a place that stars flock to play.

Most recently, we saw an All-Star in Paul George force his way out of town to what he believed to be greener pastures at the time. Simmons would provide the Pacers with that star power that could bring other star players along with him down the line.

While he is being dragged through the coals currently for his play, Simmons is going to be only 25-years old later in July. He is a perennial All-NBA defender, multiple-time All-Star, has an international draw and is represented by Klutch Sports.
