Ben Simmons is going to be one of the biggest NBA storylines entering the offseason. After the performance he had in the playoffs, the Philadelphia 76ers could look to move their point guard in a trade.

There will still be many teams interested in the big guard like Simmons and the Charlotte Hornets could be near the top of the list. Charlotte is already strong in the backcourt. They added LaMelo Ball in the 2020 NBA Draft and he quickly turned into a star. Ball joined Devonte’ Graham and Terry Rozier in what turned out to be a loaded backcourt.

Gordon Hayward could be the odd man out. He signed a four-year deal in free agency worth $120 million. Hayward missed some time with injuries but was productive when on the floor.

The 76ers could find their trade partner with the Hornets. Philadelphia entered the postseason as the top seed in the Eastern Conference but were upset by the Atlanta Hawks in the second round.
