Bucks cannot do anything without Giannis on the floor
With 7:14 to go in the third quarter of Game 4, Giannis Antetokounmpo suffered a really bad looking hyperextended left knee injury and did not return to the game. From that moment through the rest of the game, the Bucks got outscored 48-36 and they looked lost on offense.
In fact, they got outscored 25-10 the rest of the third quarter! Without Giannis in the game, the Bucks had no offense attacking the paint and they just looked absolutely shell-shocked when the Hawks went on that third quarter run.
With Donte DiVincenzo (foot) already ruled out for the season, Milwaukee is now even more short-handed and now they are lacking size in their frontcourt. Bobby Portis and Brook Lopez really are their only big guys, which could make things really challenging on both ends of the court for the Bucks in the remainder of this series against the Hawks.
Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton really are their only primary scorers now and the Hawks know this, making things even easier for them defensively. Atlanta was fantastic defensively in Game 4 and they were able to neutralize the Bucks offensively because they swarmed Giannis every time he touched the ball.
Now, with him likely out, they can focus all of their attention on containing/doubling either Holiday or Middleton, forcing guys like Brook Lopez, P.J. Tucker, Pat Connaughton and Bobby Portis to beat them. With Giannis out of the equation, the Bucks are going to have a very tough time scoring against the Hawks because their whole offense revolves around him getting to the rim.

Regardless of whether or not he shoots when he gets inside the paint, the Bucks whole game plan has been to have Antetokounmpo attack the Hawks on offense, creating opportunities at the rim, but also creating space on the floor for open three-point attempts by their shooters.
This is not going to happen now and guys like Holiday, Middleton and even Connaughton are going to have to create space/plays for themselves now. Both Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton are All-Star worthy players that are more than capable of carrying the load, but it is hard to imagine that the Bucks will be able to survive without their MVP on the floor the rest of this series.
