Boston Celtics
Another team undergoing some changes following an elimination from the playoffs is the Boston Celtics. The Celtics have a new-ish President of Basketball Operations in Brad Stevens after Danny Ainge stepped down. Therefore, Boston is constructing interviews this offseason in hopes to find their next head coach to replace Stevens at his previous position on the payroll.

Along with finding a new head coach, the Celtics seem poised to make a change at the point guard position this offseason. Kemba Walker was acquired by the team two years ago in a sign-and-trade with the Charlotte Hornets. While Walker was an exciting addition for fans originally, injuries and an inability to find his role on the team prevented him from reaching his potential in green.
Moving Walker for Brogdon in a trade could be a possibility, but it’s unlikely that the Pacers would want Walker, so a three-team trade could be more realistic. Nevertheless, Brogdon would be an upgrade at the position in terms of what he brings to the team with his ability to be effective in multiple areas of the game.
The Celtics desperately need a point guard that meshes well with Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, and Brogdon could be that guy.
