Chris Paul being healthy means that the Suns will win the Western Conference

Right now, the Phoenix Suns are playing arguably the best basketball out of any team left in the playoffs, specifically in the Western Conference. Not only have Devin Booker and DeAndre Ayton been great for them, but Chris Paul looks 100% healthy, which means the Western Conference is over.

The Suns are going to win the west as long as Chris Paul stays healthy and here is why. In every game that CP3 has played 30+ minutes in during the playoffs, the Suns have won and everytime he has zero or one turnovers in a game, the Suns win.

In fact, dating back to the regular season, the Suns only lost 5 games when Paul had zero or one turnovers. Right now, Paul looks completely locked in and in this series against Denver, he has 26 assists and just 1 turnover and in his last three games, he has 38 assists and just 2 turnovers.

When healthy, Chris Paul has looked like the best facilitator in the league and right now in this series against the Nuggets, he is just toying with the Nuggets’ defenders. Paul only scored in double-figures once and only had one game with 10+ assists against the Lakers in the first-round due to that right shoulder injury, but so far in two games against the Suns, he has scored in double-figures twice and has recorded 10+ assists twice.

Chris Paul is locked in right now and given that he looks like the Chris Paul that ended the regular season as a potential MVP candidate, there is no way that Phoenix doesn’t win the Western Conference championship. This team is just playing so well right now and with their leader fully healthy and playing some of the best basketball he has all year, there is no recipe for beating the Suns right now!
