Richaun Holmes
Arguably the biggest hole on the Raptors heading into the offseason is the center position. Aron Baynes, who started 31 games for the team, is heading into NBA free agency. Luckily for Toronto, there are a few good options to replace him this offseason and Richaun Holmes should be atop that list.

Holmes has broken out the last two seasons with the Sacramento Kings. He is going to have a strong market this summer and rightfully so. The former Bowling Green standout would bring a scoring punch to the Raptors’ frontcourt. He can also control the paint as he is a very good rebounder and can protect the rim.
If Richaun Holmes proves to be too expensive for the Raptors, Andre Drummond and Nerlens Noel are two other options they could look into. Drummond was connected to the Raptors when the Cleveland Cavaliers made him available.
The cost would be worthwhile for Richaun Holmes, either way. He is one of the NBA’s most efficient roll men and would provide needed elements to the Raptors’ half-court offense.
