The Oklahoma City Thunder are in the early stages of their rebuild and they made that abundantly clear during the 2020-21 NBA regular season. While competitive when using their whole roster, they began resting veterans and some of their better players regularly, resulting in a 22-50, last-place finish in the Northwest Division.

The Thunder have one burgeoning All-Star currently on the roster to build around in Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and some intriguing players that look like they can be rotation guys for a long time. Luguentz Dort, Aleksej Pokusevski, Darius Bazley, Theo Maledon, Isaiah Roby and Moses Brown among them.

With the treasure trove of draft picks that Sam Presti has collected in recent years, the Thunder could quickly turn things around. This offseason may not be when they strike, but they will have plenty of money and draft picks to start upgrading the roster around Gilgeous-Alexander.

While this isn’t the strongest free agent class, Oklahoma City should be able to land some players to help the team win more games next season.

Who could they be looking at this summer? Here are three potential free agency targets for the Thunder.
