Chicago Bulls Receive: D’Angelo Russell, Jarrett Culver
Minnesota Timberwolves Receive: Lauri Markkanen, Otto Porter Jr., Chandler Hutchison, 2021 1st Round Pick (Top 5 Protected)
D’Angelo Russell has moved around a bit throughout his career since being taken with the second-overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. He has played four teams so far during his career and has been unable to find a home. Russell would try again in Chicago in this deal.
Jarrett Culver would also be on his way to the Bulls in an effort to get a needed fresh start. Russell’s impact is already more-than-proven in the sense that he can put up points and create shots for teammates, but Culver has a lot to prove.
