This Celtics-Magic trade is centered on Nikola Vucevic

The Boston Celtics are a team that was in need of some help in the frontcourt during the offseason. This is something that they did not go after and it could be one of their main goals at the NBA trade deadline. This would certainly help as they hope to rise to the top of the Eastern Conference.

The Celtics have struggled with depth this season. It is one of the reasons that they are off to an inconsistent start in the first half. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown are both scoring in a high rate but the team lacks explosiveness behind them.

This includes Kemba Walker, who has been an odd fit since signing a free agent deal in Boston. Danny Ainge is no stranger to big moves and we could see what happened at the NBA trade deadline if the Celtics believe they needed to win.

The Orlando Magic could be the perfect trade partner for Boston. After two straight appearances in the postseason, Orlando is looking like one of the worst teams in the East.
