Kristaps Porzingis could be the biggest name on the trade market if the Dallas Mavericks decide to pull the trigger. There would certainly be many teams after the 25-year-old forward and the Cleveland Cavaliers could be one of them. Cleveland is another team that has a big on the market and we could see the swap here. Both teams will be worth watching in NBA trade rumors as the deadline approaches.
Andre Drummond was originally sent to Cleveland prior to the shut down last season. It was rumored that the two sides were in contract negotiations but halted once the league paused.
The talks never got the same momentum going and now it is likely that Drummond will be traded at the deadline. He remains one of the best big men in the league and is a true center on the floor. This is something Dallas could be interested in.
As for Kristaps Porzingis, his injury problems have not subsided. The Mavericks originally acquired Porzingis from the New York Knicks and hoped that he would pair well with Luka Doncic. The two have worked well together when they are on the floor but Porzingis has had trouble in that aspect.
