Bradley Beal’s Off-Ball Offense Would Help

One of the biggest reasons the Philadelphia 76ers should be a front runner to land shooting guard Bradley Beal is because of how well he would mesh with their offense. His off-ball impact would help him to thrive alongside Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons while other stars may struggle.

Bradley Beal has always been an off the ball deep threat for the Washington Wizards and having as many players who fit that description for the 76ers would go a long way. Joel Embiid is already playing at an MVP level but imagine having to defend him without easily being able to send double teams?

The 76ers already have shooters that can hit spray out three’s and have versatility from deep. Now, think about the possibilities with Bradley Beal. It’s not just spot-up shooting where he would bring the 76ers a boost. He’s a dynamic threat coming off pindowns and brings a real gravity when operating in those situations.

The Sixers have done an excellent job proving that they can be a very good defensive team and have taken pride in that all season. While they have done an excellent job in that area, they could benefit from continuing to add shooting around Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid.
